2. Shipping Duration

Within Tamil Nadu: 2–4 working days
Other states in India: 4–7 working days
Remote areas: 7–10 working days (may vary)

3. Shipping Partners

We use reliable courier services like DTDC, Delhivery, and India Post to ensure timely delivery across India.

4. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999
• A standard shipping fee of ₹59 may apply to orders below ₹999
• COD (Cash on Delivery) charges may apply if selected

5. Delivery Delays

Delays may occur during festive seasons, strikes, natural events, or courier partner disruptions. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email, WhatsApp, or SMS. You can track your order on the courier partner’s website.

7. Incomplete or Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate. KN Textiles is not responsible for undelivered items due to incorrect addresses.
