Welcome to KN Textiles. Our Return & Exchange Policy is designed to ensure transparency and provide a smooth experience for our customers. Please read the guidelines carefully before requesting an exchange.

1. Exchange Only Policy

We follow a strict Exchange Only policy. No returns or refunds are provided under any circumstances. Exchanges are accepted only for damaged or defective products.

2. Mandatory 360° Opening Video

• A clear 360° parcel opening video is required from start to end.
• The video must show the parcel condition, full opening process, and the product inside.
• No cut, pause, or editing is allowed. Videos with cuts will not be accepted.
• Without this video, we cannot process an exchange request.

3. Colour & Display Variations

Slight colour differences may occur due to lighting, photography, or mobile/computer screen settings. These variations are natural and will not be considered as damage. Such cases are not eligible for exchange.

4. Conditions Not Eligible for Exchange

• Used, washed, altered, or damaged products caused by the customer.
• Missing or incomplete parcel opening video.
• Minor colour variation due to lighting or screen display.
• Products returned without original packaging.

5. Exchange Process

• Send your order number along with the 360° opening video to our support team.
• After verification, our team will confirm if the exchange is approved.
• Approved exchanges must be returned in unused condition with tags and packaging.
• Shipping charges for sending back the product may apply.

6. Policy Acceptance

By placing an order with KN Textiles, you acknowledge and agree to the terms mentioned in this Return & Exchange Policy.
