Refund policy

Cancellation Policy: Orders cannot be canceled by customers. KN Textiles reserves the right to cancel orders without customer approval due to incorrect information or issues beyond our control, such as courier or manufacturing delays.

Refunds: If the ordered product is out of stock, the refund will be processed within seven days via UPI or bank account transfer.

Returns: Items are not returnable for minor discrepancies in color or feel. For wrong or damaged items, notify us within 24 hours via (WhatsApp at +918807759962) or email to (kntextilewebsite@gmail.com). Parcel opening videos must be complete and unedited. Defective or wrong items can be exchanged for other products; the courier cost for returns is covered by the company.
